WebI don't know of any asteroid (not ice) belts that put you 100km out if you warp to the belt at 0km. Typically it'll be between 20km-50km. If that's too far to fly, just bookmark the asteroid you want to mine, warp to a nearby planet, and then warp to the bookmark at 0. Also like Barrow said warping is pretty accurate..
