WebSo far I've only tried the Fallout 3 version of it, but there is Distributed Necklaces and Chains Neck Seam Concealer. It's not a perfect solution, of course, as it's literally hiding the problem rather than fixing it. But I don't think there is a true fix. Also, IMO the distribution routine could use a little work.
